Terms of Service Agreement

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.

  1. Definitions 

“Services” means the subscription-based services provided by Go Go Buyers, Inc., including access to the API and related functionalities.

“API Keys” means the unique identifiers provided by us that allow you to access the API.

“Plans”  means the various subscription options we offer, which include:

  • API Flights – AI service for tracking flight prices, including 1,000,000+ request credits and various pricing APIs.
  • API Hotels – AI service for generating hotel prices, offering 50,000 calls each month and customizable search algorithms.
  • API Flight Calculator – Tool for calculating distances and flight times between airports, with up to 100,000 requests per month. A demo version is available for you to test with a limited number of requests.

“User” or “you” means the individual or entity using the Services.

  1. Introduction

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Go Go Buyers, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of our subscription-based services (the “Services”). The Services include access to our Application Programming Interface (“API”) through provided API keys (the “API Keys”).

  1. Description of Services

The Services provide access to our API, which allows you to integrate certain functionalities of our platform into your own applications or websites. Through the website, we offer three subscription options (the “Plans”) that offer different services. Detailed descriptions and the cost of each Plan are available on our website: https://gogobuyers.com/.

  1. API Keys

To access the Services, you should first choose a Subscription Plan on our website and then contact via our website: https://gogobuyers.com/contact-us/. After payment is completed, you will receive your API Keys via email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API Keys. 

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You are prohibited from using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Accessing or collecting data in a way that is not authorized by the API documentation.
  • Attempting to disrupt, damage, or disable the Services.
  • Violating the privacy of other users.
  • Infringing on our intellectual property rights.
  1. Fees and Payment

The Services are offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen Plan according to our published pricing structure, fully described on our website at https://gogobuyers.com/services/.  We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but such changes will only apply to new subscriptions or upon renewal of existing subscriptions. We will provide reasonable notice of any such changes.

  1. Term and Termination

This Agreement will commence upon your acceptance of the terms and will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate your subscription at any time. We may terminate this Agreement or suspend your access to the Services for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these terms, non-payment of fees, or inactivity.

  1. Refund rules

Refunds for the Services will be provided only under the following circumstances:

  • If you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • No refunds will be provided after the first 14 days of subscription.
  • In case of technical issues that prevent you from using the Services as intended, you may request a prorated refund, subject to our approval.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

  1. Intellectual Property

We retain all ownership rights to the Services, including all intellectual property rights. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Nevada.

  1. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

  1. Amendment

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of any amendments constitutes your agreement to be bound by the amended terms.

  1. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
